Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay month by month and leave whenever you want, with no penalty.
Do you charge a commission per booking or per new client?
No. Not per booking, not per new client, not per reservation. Only the deposit carries the payment provider’s fee, separately, and the money goes straight to you.
How does the deposit work?
You set it per service (for example, €20 for a small tattoo and €60 for a long session) or only for clients who have missed an appointment before. Your client pays it when booking with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum or card, and the money goes straight to your account.
And the consent form?
Your client signs it on their phone before they come, with a link, or on the studio tablet: that they are of age, their health, the risks and the aftercare. It’s kept in their file, with their signature and its PDF. We give you one to start from, so you can review it and adapt it to what your region requires.
Are my clients’ photos private?
Before-and-after photos of every job, yes: only with their consent, only your team sees them and they are kept in the European Union. The ones you want to show, you put in the portfolio on your website yourself.
Does it work for long sessions?
Yes. Every service has its own time, from a half-hour consultation to a three-hour session, and the website only offers slots where it fits in full. Every session is kept in your client’s file, with its photos and notes.
What about piercing?
That too. With its services and its consent form, in the same calendar and, if you have the till, jewelry for sale with its stock.
Is it my website or a profile on a marketplace?
Your website: with your brand, on your domain and with no other studios next to you. Your clients find you on Google and on your Instagram, and come back without going through anyone else. And your client list is yours.

Does it work with VERI*FACTU?
It’s built for VERI*FACTU mode: with the till, every payment comes with its receipt, its tax QR code and its chained fingerprint, it’s sent to the Spanish Tax Agency and none can be deleted or changed.
Do you help me if something fails or I want to change something?
Yes: email us whenever you like. And with technical support (€9 a month, excluding VAT) you get a direct line by phone and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and your requests go first: we help you with setups, incidents and changes.
