Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay month by month and leave whenever you want, with no penalty.
Do you charge a commission per booking or per new client?
No. Not per booking, not per new client, not per reservation. Only if you ask for a deposit when booking does the payment provider charge its fee, separately, and the money goes straight to you.
Is it my website or a profile on a marketplace?
Your website: with your brand, on your domain and with no other businesses next to you. Your clients find you on Google and come back without going through anyone else. And your client list is yours.
Will you set it up for me?
If you want, yes. You can build it yourself from your phone in a few minutes, starting from the template for your type of business, or we leave it set up for you. And if you’re coming from other software, we bring your clients over.
How do I get started?
Request information and we’ll call you. We show you your website set up with your services and, if you like it, we sign you up.
Which languages is my website in?
Six: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. You write in Spanish and the rest is translated automatically, including the emails to your clients.
What about my clients’ health data?
Allergies, before-and-after photos and consent forms are only stored with your client’s explicit consent, only your team sees them and they are kept in the European Union.
Does it work for my type of business?
Yes: hair salons, barbershops, beauty centers, nails, lashes and brows, hair removal, massage, tanning, makeup and permanent makeup. Each one starts with its own template of services, times and prices, which you change with one tap.
What do I do about no-shows?
The reminder the day before with “Confirm”, a deposit only for clients who have missed before, and the waiting list, which fills the slot of anyone who cancels on its own.
Does it work with VERI*FACTU?
It’s built for VERI*FACTU mode: with the till, every payment comes with its receipt, its tax QR code and its chained fingerprint, it’s sent to the Spanish Tax Agency and none can be deleted or changed.
Do I have to buy devices?
No. It works on the phone, tablet or computer you already have. If you don’t have a printer, your client takes the receipt on their phone or by email.
Do you help me if something fails or I want to change something?
Yes: email us whenever you like. And with technical support (€9 a month, excluding VAT) you get a direct line by phone and WhatsApp, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and your requests go first: we help you with setups, incidents and changes.
